| Is there any interest in a workshop on using conductive thread to make gloves that work with your smartphone? I see this as part workshop and part buying opportunity. The thread is available in small quantities (suitable for 1 pair of gloves) at a hefty markup. Large spools of the stuff are far cheaper per yard, but there are a lot of yards! Are people interested in sharing the cost of a spool with me? **UPDATE - 5 yards of thread will cost $3 and will cover the pads of 2 fingers.** | Is there any interest in a workshop on using conductive thread to make gloves that work with your smartphone? | I know how to do entrelac. I am also suggesting knitting back backwards (purling without turning your work, front side faces you...) I found it quite useful with entrelac, as well as bobbles, and short rowing. In fact, I found it so useful during entrelac, that I would consider it a prereq to entrelac.\\ | I know how to do entrelac.
